Return Policy

We want you to love your Squiggle Box! Each one is carefully packed, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@thesquigglesociety.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Because of the nature of our subscription and creative products, we only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.

We're unable to offer returns or refunds if:

  • You've changed your mind
  • The box or items have been opened or used (unless they are damaged or incomplete)
  • You received your box as part of a subscription and it arrived in good condition

Approved Returns & Refunds

If your return or refund is approved, we'll arrange either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
